The foundation of a snowboard set up starts at the socks; the Men's Burton Emblem Socks are a staple in any riders' closet. Midweight and with medium density padding throughout; there isn't a bad day to shred in the Burton Men's Emblem Socks.

I'm new to boarding and needed some socks. I ordered the Burton Emblem socks from Altrec.com and received them pretty quickly and without hassle. I recently went on a three day boarding trip to Colorado and was very pleased when I hit the slopes.
The socks were very soft and had lots of cushion. I was out for at least 5 hours each day and not once did my feet get cold especially on the day when the winds were gusting at 60 mph near the peak.
The socks performed well and took a pretty heavy beating without falling apart. I'm pleased with the product and purchased a couple more pairs to have extras for a longer trip next time.
I would recommend these socks!!!

 Men's Intercept Shoe
Men's Intercept Shoe
A multi-sport shoe that still shows a lot of sprint, thanks to its sculpted low cut and molded protection. Slip-lasted, with In-Board construction and a Vibram Axis sole.

Love these shoes! Very comfortable and have many miles on them. Soles wore out after about a year of mostly walking on pavement but uppers are solid. Can't wait to start wearing the new ones. Awesome product Merrell and awesome price Altrec!

Great fit, good cushioning shoe. I spent several hours hiking in them and my feet felt great. I would buy another pair once these wear out. Great prices at Altrec.com.

 Men's M767 Running Shoes
Men's M767 Running Shoes
A flexible shoe with ample support to aid the mild overpronator, the New Balance Men's M767 Running Shoe positions you to take your training to a higher level. The multi-density TS2 transitional support creates a smooth shift from heel strike to toe off; while Abzorb heel and forefoot pads dish up cushioning that feels great every time you lace 'em up. And to compliment the Abzorb pads, the Activa midsole sets the table with exceptional cushioning. The New Balance M767 Running Shoe's outsole delivers durability and traction for rain or shine training, aided by specially formulated Ndurance rubber, a compound designed specifically for logging high mileage on pavement.

I love these so much that I had to get another pair to replace my current shoes when they wear out. The 767's provide great stability and good cushioning. I run mostly on pavement with these shoes usually between 15-20 miles a week and they are certainly comfortable. I have not experienced any joint or foot pain at all. I used to run Adidas and Asics, but for the price and since they're made in the USA, the New Balance 767's are the choice for me.
