Help save the earth while you shred the slopes wearing the 100% recycled material Burton Theory Snowboard Jacket for women. Two layers of Eco-Laminated DRYRIDE Durashell give amazing waterproofing and breathability, combined with critically taped seams this shell provides impregnable defense against foul weather. A light 70 g of recycled 3M Thinsulate is made of high-loft fibers that give more heat with less bulk and is lined with a soft taffeta interior. A slim fit and articulated elbows provide this snow jacket a more feminine look than traditional outerwear while allowing all the mobility you need for tearing apart the ski slopes. A media pocket inside the storm flap lets you keep your music and phone close at hand. All the performance of high-end outerwear in a 100% recycled package, the Burton Theory will change the way you look at snow gear.

i got this jacket and the burton method jacket, and i chose the method. while both jackets were very nice and very warm, i chose the other because the zip on the theory jacket only goes just past my chin. i wore this riding last weekend and the jacket kept coming unzipped and several times when i tried to unzip it, it got stuck. however, i really loved the flattering fit and the design (i got flint dotcom in a size small - i'm 5'3" and 120 pounds). it was very warm and waterproof when i wore it, but if you get this jacket i would definitely recommend wearing a bandana or neck gaiter on a powdery/windy day!
Pros Great design, Performance, Great value
Cons: zip kept coming undone/getting stuck

Shredders like pro rider Gabi Viteri don't go riding without purpose and meaning; that's why she dons the women's Burton Method Snowboard Jacket. From the backcountry to the street, you want Burton style that is performance driven. Featuring DRYRIDE Durashell technology, with this winter jacket you get storm savvy waterproof warmth in a lightweight, smooth-face plain weave that matches your style. Like a furnace on rails, its quick drying Thermacore insulation is wrapped in a buttery soft bomber package so your core will always be putting out BTUs. Designed in Burton's Sig Fit that is built for layering, without being overly baggy, with sleeves fashioned a bit long to fit over gloves, the Method Snowboard Jacket roomy and ready for all your best moves. With features like mesh-lined pit zips to help cool you down, critically taped seams to protect against moisture penetration, and a fulltime contour hood to throw up when the harsh winds blow, the Method Snowboard Jacket offers weather cred. The link ZIP jacket-to-pant interface lets you pair your jacket with some Burton snowboard pants and launch a little Method to your madness.

i ordered this jacket along with the burton theory jacket. i really love both jackets, but i chose the method over the other. it's very warm, the length of the jacket and sleeves is very good, and the color is beautiful (i got the lady luck blue). what i really liked about it was that when fully zipped, the jacket covers half my face and it stays zipped. the only drawback i can see is that there are no wrist gaiters. i am 5'3" about 120 pounds and the small fits great. i am overall very pleased with this jacket.
Pros Great design, Performance, Ease of use, Great value
Cons: no wrist gaiters
